Home prices increased in Lockland during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Lockland rose by $43,450 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,450 - a 127.8% increase over the $34,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lockland in October 2020.
