October 2021: Home prices in Wyoming fell

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Wyoming fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 114.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wyoming in October 2020.
