Indian Hill median home prices rose by 12.8% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Indian Hill rose by $142,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,255,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $1,112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Indian Hill in October 2020.
