This home last sold on Feb. 13, 2020 for $376,800.

So far in November 2021, 18 properties sold in Lakewood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1666 Lincoln Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Benjamin Janesz, 21, Thomas G Janesz, 57, and Rosemarie C Janesz, 50.
