The two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2204 Cathedral Ave., Norwood was sold on Nov. 1 by Joshua E. Doles for $295,000. The buyers were Derrick and Alicia Cumberbatch.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 20, 2019. It last sold for $126,900.

So far in November 2021, 27 properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 2204 Cathedral Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Michelle Tanis, 30, Allyson E Knight, 32, Elizabeth Ann Cornell, 31, Justin K Knight, 38, and Sandra Lynne Downing, 62.
