On Nov. 5, Gregorio Felipe and M Sandoval Chilel Noemi sold their five bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1536 Lemontree Drive, Forest Park to Mon and Kabita Thapa Subedi for $320,000.

So far in November 2021, 25 properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 1536 Lemontree Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: McKenzie Ryan Jones, 26, Alfonza Jones, 23, Kaitlyn R Jones, 31, Jennifer G Jones, 53, and Alfonza Jones, 53.
