On Nov. 15, Karen M. and Hal B Morgan Tucker purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 663 Nordyke Road, Anderson Township from Kevin and Lynne Mahorney for $600,000.

This home last sold on Feb. 14, 2003 for $188,000.

So far in November 2021, 33 properties sold in Anderson Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kevin R Mahorney has been registered to vote since 1989. Lynne Marie Mahorney has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 663 Nordyke Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ryan Mahorney, 27, Madeline Marie Mahorney, 25, MacKenzie M Mahorney, 25, Kevin R Mahorney, 61, and Lynne Marie Mahorney, 55.
