On Nov. 15, Matthew Pierce purchased a property at 6704 Crull St., Newtown from Donna Sue Torrence for $142,500.

This property is one of two sales so far in Newtown in November 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Larry Roger Torrence, 78, was the only registered voter residing at 6704 Crull St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
