On Nov. 16, Steven Lee Custenborder Jr. (trustee) purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2994 Springer Ave., Cincinnati from Alice L. Tang and Blake Finney Terrell for $639,900.

This home last sold on Aug. 4, 2017 for $626,200.

So far in November 2021, 201 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Alice Tang has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2994 Springer Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terrell Blake Finney, 37, and Alice Tang, 37.
