Aem Services the LLC acquire 5509 Tompkins Ave., Cincinnati

On Nov. 15, Aem Services the LLC sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 5509 Tompkins Ave., Cincinnati to Franklin and Megan Busch for $360,000.

This home last sold for $80,000 on Sept. 22, 2020.

So far in November 2021, 312 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shayla Maarie Walker, 37, was the only registered voter residing at 5509 Tompkins Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
