The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2738 Lawndale Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Nov. 23 by John Ramon Marth and Nicole May Ashley for $280,000. The buyers were Adam B. and Catania Clare Hunt.

The last time this home sold was March 27, 2017. It last sold for $67,000.

So far in November 2021, 418 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, John Ramon Marth has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2738 Lawndale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: John Ramon Marth, 30, and Ashley May Marth, 29.
