November 2021: North Canton experienced a 16.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in North Canton rose by $30,150 while total sales increased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,050 - a 16.3% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in North Canton in November 2020.
