On Dec. 3, David W. and Kieu Dorsey sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1440 Noble St., Alliance to Richard Justin Johnson for $40,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $448.74, 1.12% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $30,000 on Sept. 11, 2019.

So far in December 2021, five properties sold in Alliance.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1440 Noble St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Verna a Lafferty, 53, and Daniel J Earich, 55.
