On Dec. 2, Parker and Alex Bengtzen purchased a four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 11472 Ravensberg Court, Forest Park from Jeff Decile (trustee) for $114,000.

This home last sold on Jan. 2, 2009 for $35,500.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Forest Park as of this publication.
