On Dec. 2, Geak Properties LLC sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3530 Gamble Ave., Cheviot to Emily and Ziah A. Paff Merk for $148,000.

The last time this home sold was May 5, 2021. It last sold for $59,000.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Cheviot as of this publication.
