Home prices increased in Bedford Heights during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Bedford Heights rose by $47,600 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 41.4% increase over the $114,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bedford Heights in November 2020, as well.
