Median home prices in Parma rose to $165,000 in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Parma rose by $25,100 while total sales decreased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 153 homes sold in Parma in November 2020.
