November 2021: Independence experienced a 11.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Independence rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Independence in November 2020.
