Walton Hills home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Walton Hills rose by $39,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Walton Hills in November 2020, as well.
