November 2021: Orange experienced a 38.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Orange fell by $210,100 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,900 - a 38.2% decrease over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Orange in November 2020, as well.
