Home prices decreased in Vermilion during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Vermilion fell by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 7.7% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Vermilion in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Vermilion for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,398, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
