The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 12525 Misty Ave., Uniontown was sold on Dec. 14 by Zachary J. and Amy L. Senn for $335,000. The buyers were Nicholas and Regina Turgeon.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $6,652.80, 1.99% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, nine properties sold in Uniontown.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Amy L Senn has been registered to vote since 2006. Zachary J Senn has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
