On Dec. 23, Church of Ohio LLC purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 11791 Mount Eaton St., Justus from Trustees of the United Brethern Church for $118,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,754.90, 1.49% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Justus as of this publication.
