On Dec. 13, Scott Bellamy purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1121 Gracewind Court, Springfield Township from Susan Gallup for $250,000.

The last time this home sold was June 16, 2009. It last sold for $68,000.

So far in December 2021, 18 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Susan Marie Gallup has been registered to vote since 2010.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1121 Gracewind Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Susan Marie Gallup, 54, Kieley Rose Hoh, 25, Michele G Anlee, 53, and Annaleisa Bergmann, 61.
