On Dec. 6, Daniel C. and Kayleigh R Jones purchased a property at 6906 Edith St., Newtown from Brookstone Homes Inc. for $444,977.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Newtown.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6906 Edith St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cheryl L McConnell, 62, and Mark D McConnell, 62.
