On Dec. 16, Tasha Nicole Boyd sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1183 Meredith Drive, Springfield Township to Judith Dunbar and Robert Maiden III for $280,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 5, 2006. It last sold for $87,000.

So far in December 2021, 22 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1183 Meredith Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Tyler Nathaniel Harris, 29, Jensen T Harris, 25, Bryan M Harris, 37, and Tasha Nicole Harris, 37.
