The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1837 Lincoln Ave., Norwood was sold on Dec. 22 by Hazelwood Homes LLC for $273,700. The buyer was Reyes Gustavo& Samantha Kovacevic Antonetty.

This home last sold on May 25, 2021 for $104,500.

So far in December 2021, 10 properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, George Lon Warren, 74, was the only registered voter residing at 1837 Lincoln Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
