The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 411 Williams St., Lockland was sold on Dec. 23 by Olympia Property Investments LLC for $72,500. The buyer was Charles Anthony Heckle.

This home last sold on Dec. 18, 2019 for $72,500.

So far in December 2021, 12 properties sold in Lockland.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Brandi R Davis, 48, was the only registered voter residing at 411 Williams St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
