On Dec. 20, Yasmine Hernandez purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3142 Sunshine Ave., Cincinnati from Darrien Wilkins for $72,000.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 3142 Sunshine Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Laura Ann Cromwell, 30, Charles Sawyer, 74, and Vernon Lydill Alexander, 54.
