On Dec. 23, Harac Parech Ministries for the World Inc. sold their property at 1237 Regent Ave., Cincinnati to Willis Brothers Plumbing LLC for $46,000.

The last time this property sold was Nov. 25, 2003. It last sold for $53,200.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Robert Earl Taylor, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 1237 Regent Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
