On Dec. 6, Carrie J. (trustee) and Robert L. Sponseller Jr. (trustee) purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2325 East Hill Ave., Cincinnati from Kevin J Vaught and Marr Kacey for $835,000.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kevin Joseph Vaught has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2325 East Hill Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin Joseph Vaught, 36, and Kacey Marr Vaught, 33.
