On Jan. 3, Sandra Ann Maddock sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 211 Walnut St., College Corner to Cindy Sikora for $140,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $851.30, 0.61% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in College Corner as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Sandra L Maddock (85) has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
