On Dec. 22, Addison Freeman and Rachel Guarino purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 3437 Beulah Road, Columbus from Casa Skani Properties LLC for $218,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,381.35, 1.55% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 545 properties sold in Columbus.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Sloane Ann Swintek, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 3437 Beulah Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
