Canton median home prices fell by 2.3% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Canton fell by $2,400 while total sales increased by 32.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 239 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,500 - a 2.3% decrease over the $104,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 180 homes sold in Canton in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Canton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,388, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
