Rising home prices in Five Points in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Five Points rose by $112,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $337,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Five Points in December 2020.
