Falling home prices in Minerva in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Minerva fell by $19,875 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,250 - a 18.6% decrease over the $107,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Minerva in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Minerva for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,286, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
