Lakeside Heights median home prices rose by 7.6% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Lakeside Heights rose by $13,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lakeside Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Lakeside Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,480, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
