Home prices decreased in Lake Slagle during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Lake Slagle fell by $90,950 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 29.3% decrease over the $309,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lake Slagle in the fourth quarter of 2020.
