Median home prices in Middletown rose to $126,750 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Middletown rose by $22,650 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 252 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,750 - a 21.8% increase over the $104,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 198 homes sold in Middletown in the fourth quarter of 2020.
