Pleasant Plain median home prices fell by 17.2% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Pleasant Plain fell by $53,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 17.2% decrease over the $311,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,317, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
