Median home prices in Uniontown rose to $230,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Uniontown rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 20.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Uniontown in the fourth quarter of 2020.
