St. Clair median home prices fell by 11% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in St. Clair fell by $17,100 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,900 - a 11% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in St. Clair in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Clair for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,464, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
