What happened to the median home price in Corwin during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Corwin rose by $39,050 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $230,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Corwin in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
