Home prices increased in Magnolia during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Magnolia rose by $88,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 58.4% increase over the $151,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Magnolia in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Magnolia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,307, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
