The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Meyers Lake increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Meyers Lake rose by $35,050 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 16.1% increase over the $217,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Meyers Lake in the fourth quarter of 2020.
