Fairfield Township home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Fairfield Township rose by $42,250 while total sales increased by 41.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,500 - a 17% increase over the $249,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Fairfield Township in the fourth quarter of 2020.
