The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Liberty Township increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Liberty Township rose by $56,500 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 148 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,500 - a 17.9% increase over the $316,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Liberty Township in the fourth quarter of 2020.
