Median home prices in Alliance rose to $99,700 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Alliance rose by $5,700 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 275 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,700 - a 6.1% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 270 homes sold in Alliance in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
