Pleasant View Village home prices fell in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Pleasant View Village fell by $1,200 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,250 - a 1.1% decrease over the $112,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pleasant View Village in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pleasant View Village for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,014, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
