Pricing for the median home in Moreland increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Moreland rose by $35,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 41.7% increase over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Moreland in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Moreland for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,818, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
